The Free Consultation - 10 to 20 minutes

Not a sales call. A straightforward conversation about what's going on, whether coaching is the right fit, and what working together would look like. You'll leave with real insight regardless of whether we move forward.

The Assessment - 45 to 90 minutes

A comprehensive look at your EF profile. Strengths, challenges, and the specific patterns creating the most friction. We also factor in sleep, exercise, technology habits, and other lifestyle elements that may be quietly working against you. After the session you'll receive a detailed summary of your assessment with suggestions for next steps.

The Initial Goal-Discovery Session - 30 to 45 minutes

Armed with a clear picture of your EF profile, we build a real action plan together. Concrete, prioritized, and designed to be actually followable rather than overwhelming. After every session you'll receive a summary with your weekly goals and any guidelines we've agreed on.

Let's Get to Work! - 30 to 45 minutes, weekly

Weekly sessions, in office or via Zoom. We track progress, tackle obstacles, acknowledge wins, and build the kind of momentum that makes new habits actually stick. The emailed session summary keeps everything documented and moving forward between sessions.

Continuous Assessment, Adjustment & Wind-Down

The plan evolves as you do. Goals get reached and replaced. Some get rethought. We adjust as we go. The aim from day one is to get you to a place where you no longer need us. That's what success looks like.
We'll always be here if you need us and you can opt to continue indefinitely. But the goal is to get you to a place where you're good on your own.
