About

I know the feeling. I've been there.

I started out as a musician. Then spent decades building a career in the corporate world. Two very different lives, but I experienced many of the same underlying struggles in both;  the tendency to get in my own way.

After years in the corporate world I made a deliberate decision to leave and find work where I could help people in the ways I learned to help myself. What I found, and what I've spent nearly a decade doing, is working with people whose brains work differently, helping them finally understand why, and helping them build a life that actually fits.

My background

I'm a certified ADHD and Executive Function Coach and an Integrative Health Coach trained through Duke University. Since 2017 I've worked with hundreds of clients, from high school students navigating their first real taste of independence to adults in their sixties who've spent decades wondering why certain things never seemed to get easier. I also hold a BS in Finance from UMass Amherst.

Who I work with

My clients range from 16 to 65. Some have a formal ADHD diagnosis. Many don't. What they share is a gap between intention and follow-through that willpower alone has never been able to close.

They're usually self-aware. They've always known something was off. They've tried the apps, the routines, the productivity books. Some of it helped for a while. Most of it didn't stick. By the time they find their way here they're not looking for another system. They're looking for someone who can help them understand why nothing has worked and build something that actually will. That's where I come in.

What this is and what it isn't

This isn't therapy. I'm a strong advocate for therapy and there's real value in it, but coaching is a different thing. Therapy tends to be backwards facing, looking toward your past to make sense of your present. Coaching is forward facing, working on what's happening now to create change going forward.
What I do is specific: figure out exactly which executive function areas are creating the most friction in your life, understand how those patterns show up for you personally, and build practical systems around them that hold up under real-world pressure.
The work is direct and collaborative. And I'm genuinely invested in getting you to a place where you have the tools to break the patterns that have held you back the longest.
