Executive Function Coaching
Perhaps you relate to many of the things you’ve heard or read about ADHD but your issues don’t rise to the level of an ADHD diagnosis. Maybe there’s a bunch of executive functions that don’t present much of a problem for you in daily life but a select few create tremendous problems. This is a very common observation and it’s true that much of what an ADHD coach does with an ADHD client would be very helpful for anybody who experiences significant challenges with things like self-starting, planning, prioritizing, organizing, or working memory.
Executive Function Coaching is indeed pretty similar to ADHD Coaching, but the program is more streamlined, more tailored to the person’s specific EF deficits. Executive Function clients often don’t need the same degree of support, or to follow the specific order of skill acquisition that the typical ADHD client does. But sometimes they do. We recognize that every client has their own unique set of strengths and needs, and we always seek to meet the client exactly where they are.
